Delete your EasyCasual account

How to delete your account

1. Sign in with the email on your EasyCasual account.
2. Open Settings and tap DELETE ACCOUNT, or stay on this page.
3. Delete your active posts in My posts. Account deletion stays blocked while any post is still active.
4. Come back here and confirm Delete my account. We cancel an active premium subscription first, then delete the account.

Data we delete

We delete your account, profile, and saved preferences, including notification settings. Deletion runs when you confirm. There is no extra waiting period.

Data we keep

You must delete active posts yourself before the account can be deleted. Expired or archived posts, messages, reviews, and reports that were already published can remain. Payment records can remain for accounting.
